CRD1000 Full Hydraulic Truck-Mounted Drilling Rig is a mobile drilling rig specially designed for geological exploration projects in areas with road access. Mounted on a truck chassis, it combines excellent mobility with stable and efficient drilling performance.

The rig is mainly suitable for wireline diamond core drilling, and consists of a truck chassis, diesel power unit, hydraulic system, centralized control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feeding system, foot clamp and other core components.

All surface coring functions are fully hydraulic driven, ensuring precise control, smooth operation and high reliability. The integrated truck-mounted design enables rapid deployment and convenient transportation while maintaining a robust structure and strong adaptability to complex working environments.

CRD1000 can operate in unconsolidated formations, with drilling cuttings discharged by mud circulation, making it suitable for complicated geological conditions. The main drive system, drilling mast, transfer case and mud pump clutch are all hydraulically operated, ensuring efficient and stable drilling performance.
