It is mainly suitable for both reverse circulation drilling and diamond drilling with wireline coring technology, making it an ideal choice for mining exploration, geological investigation, and sample collection.

The JCD1000R consists of a diesel power unit, hydraulic system, control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feed system, foot clamp, and other key components. Powered by a Cummins 132KW engine, the rig is fully hydraulically driven and supports both surface coring and RC drilling functions.

Its crawler-mounted design ensures excellent mobility and transportation performance, especially in inaccessible or complex terrain. With a robust structure and precise control system, the JCD1000R delivers a high penetration rate, stable operation, and outstanding reliability in demanding exploration environments.

1. Core Drilling Mode

In core drilling mode, the rig uses a diamond-impregnated core bit rotating at high speed with minimal impact. A double-tube or triple-tube barrel system is used to recover core samples with minimal disturbance.

This drilling method provides highly accurate and intact geological information, including rock structure, mineral composition, and formation characteristics. It is especially suitable for deep mineral exploration and detailed geological analysis.

2. Reverse-Circulation Drilling Mode

RC drilling uses a pneumatic hammer powered by compressed air. The cuttings are carried upward through the inner tube of the dual-wall drill rod, which helps reduce contamination and improve sample purity.
