CWD600T supports mud rotary and air DTH two efficient drilling technology. For the hydraulic rotary drilling function, It is equipped with BW450 mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock with suitable drilling bit, such as drag bit ,tricone bit and PDC bits.

When using DTH drilling, CWD600T is equipped with a powerful JAC36/30 30 BAR air compressor, and the hydraulic impact device of the drilling rig directly acts on the drill bit and hits the surface of the rock. When the drill bit rotates slowly, the hammer provides a powerful repetitive blow, breaking the rock into small cuttings. Then use compressed air to flush these cuttings to the surface.
